Karson is a Clinical Research Coordinator who is helping launch the new Raynor and EEG projects, in addition to supporting other ongoing clinical studies. Prior to his contribution in the San Luciano Lab, Karson graduated from Tulane University in 2025 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a minor in Public Health. At UCSF, he is excited to explore the intricacies behind neuromodulation therapies in patients with dystonia and other movement disorders. As a Bay Area native, Karson is grateful to return back to San Francisco where he will contribute to groundbreaking patient-centered translational research. During his free time, Karson enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and traveling with friends.
