Cerebellar-Cortical Networks in Patients with Dyskinetic Cerebral Palsy

The cerebellum plays a critical role in both motor and non-motor functions, yet its electrophysiological mechanisms in humans remain largely unexplored. Leveraging cerebellar deep brain stimulation systems together with scalp EEG, we record neural activity during motor and non-motor tasks to characterize cerebellar oscillations and connectivity with the cortex. This project aims to uncover fundamental principles of cerebellar–cortical communication and inform future neuromodulation and rehabilitation strategies.
